These terms apply to StereoEvent services booked through stereoevent.com or direct communication. Specific pricing and exact scope are confirmed in a written quote or invoice. If there is any conflict, the written quote or invoice controls.
Quotes and booking
- A date is considered reserved only after you approve the quote and the required deposit is received (if a deposit is required for your booking).
- Quotes may include travel, loading access, parking, venue rules, and timing assumptions.
Payments
- Payment schedule (deposit and remaining balance) is defined in your written quote or invoice.
- Late payments may result in cancellation or delays in service start time.
Cancellation and changes
- Cancellation and rescheduling rules are defined in the written quote or invoice.
- Last-minute changes that increase scope (extra time, extra equipment, additional locations) may change the price.
Travel and overtime
- Travel fees and service area rules are defined in the quote upfront.
- Overtime is billed if the event runs longer than the agreed duration.
Client responsibilities
- You must ensure safe access for load-in and load-out and provide reasonable power and space for equipment.
- You must follow venue rules and ensure a safe environment around cables and equipment.
Damage and safety
- You are responsible for damage caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties during the event.
- We may stop service if conditions become unsafe (for example, liquids around power, unsafe crowding, or physical interference with equipment).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StereoEvent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (for example, lost profits). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service, unless a different limit is stated in the written quote or invoice.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or nonperformance caused by events outside reasonable control (for example, severe weather, road closures, venue shutdowns, or power failures).
